"Oh Crap, Potty Training" is the book that we used with both of ours. For bedtime we stop all drinks 1h before bedtime. Try to go 30m before bed and again right before. Personally we just had them naked from the waist down. Put a cheap fleece blanket down because if it gets wet she won't feel it or make the sheets a few layers so you can just pull off the soiled ones ans don't habe to wake her up when you change them. Wake dream pees starting around 10p and 2a and adjust until you know when she's peeing. Then push it, drop the morning one, and then drop the first when she's ready.

Bodysuit she can't take off without help and no fluids for the 3 hours before bed

Wake her up in the middle of the night to go.. lots of puppy pads under the sheets just in case. Also, some good ol' time and patience.

She has no control over her bladder while asleep until her brain has developed the signal to wake her up. This happens at different ages use a waterproof pad under her.

Ok.... Experienced Mama here. We had one of ours that would poo and paint. Cut the feet off of zipper pj's. Then a belt on backwards. Success.

Ummm about 3 h after she’s been asleep carry her to the bathroom for a dream pee ! And before you go to bed! Put a pee pad on her bed to protect it, cut feet off of zipper or snap onesie, pajamas, and wear backwards. Finally, if you’re desperate, I’ve heard of people duct taping the diaper on.

PJs backwards can help @ 1st Limit fluids an hour before bed & make sure they goe to the bathroom before bed and right after shes awake. Put puppy pads under sheets and have 2 sets on the bed, so if thers an accident, its easier to clean in the night. GL

I have PCOS and my long time bf noticed this issue in me. Makes since, anyway Amazon has like 20 ok for about $15 I keep them stocked just so if I ever feel the mental need I have a chance to just do it. Your not alone girly
