Adult Classes at IR Dance

Join us for Adult classes at IR Dance! Perfect for those who want exercise in a fun-filled class and low-pressure environment. Give dance a try for the first time or rediscover your love for it. Disciplines will vary, with each session focusing on a single style of dance such as Hip-Hop, Tap, Ballet, Dance Fit, etc. Ages 18 and up.
Session Programs run for 6-9 weeks throughout the season. Drop-in options available in the summer only. No previous experience is required (unless specified in a class description) and there is no performance commitment.
