I have a medical pass and a Passport Card. Is it faster to go through this way, or through the medical lane in your video titled "San Ysidro Medical Fast Pass Driving Directions - Eastbound"?

Is this faster than the medical lane coming by the Smart & Final?

Is that side walk once you’re in the sentri lane the pedestrian crossings can I drop someone off there? And continue in the sentri lane

I tried this and they had closed the road. The Sentri lane was undriveable. I got lost and stressed to the max. I hardly drive or go to TJ. Although I have Sentri it was super stressful situation when the close/block the road

This video is a game changer. For reference you can put in 'Tijuana Cultural Center' on your GPS then take that street straight into the medical pass lane as shown in the video.

Is the fast lane only for medical things or if no medical things can people still go one the fast lane.

This leads you to the "All documents lane" ( slower lanes ) but yea you save about 20 min now that some of the lanes are now blocked, you now have to funnel into another lane once you reach the front.

I was so confused driving back from Rosarito I ended up in the Centri lane instead of All Traffic smdh. It was my first time so I was let off with a warning but was told that if I did it again it would be a $5,000 dollar fine…ouch!

Crap. I came back yesterday from Playas and didn't know that the medical lane had been moved. When I got up to the old medical lane it was blocked off and lead me out towards the airport. I ended up going through Otay and that was confusing too.

Which hotels offer this pass? Also wondering, if I get the pass do I have to use it that day or can I use it a day or two later. Im thinking about spending a night in Ensenada or Rosarito then staying a night in TJ. I don't want to wait in that long line
