NG 16 140 is seen by many as the missing NG 16 on the Welsh Highland Railway in North Wales. Although taken apart every piece is still accounted for and safe. Even thow some think otherwise.

I used to drive one in Perth Ng 123
Good choice of music too. Railways and music - can't beat it!
Nice little layout. Thank you for sharing. Love the building to the left with its SMILING face during the early build.
Thank you for a very good video. I know the line, as my father worked at the Humewood loco in the early 1960's. The video brought back some good memories.
What is the layout size, just wondering
7 years a lot of views but only one other comment, I wonder why??
Wonderful video!!!
Welsh Wales
Nice video and cool steam engines. In which country is that? Thumbs up! :) Greetings
No doubt the Welsh Highland is a fantastic railway, but the two foot gauge systems in South Africa have to be seen to be believed for their length of line and operations. Fantastic video. Thanks for sharing.
Jsut everything seemed huge on the South African 2'. Even on 750mm/760mm or 2'6" not much matches the size and weight of these locomotives, only the German 2-10-2 locomotives on the 750mm gauge come very close in weight and power. And triple header diesels and full size shipping containers on 2' is completely unbelievable.
Ah, the unmistakable sound of Beethoven's 3rd Symphony!
love your layout and the once the trees and small details were added it looked even more realistic, where is the video for phase 2!!!!
Hi well the polystyrene was from some packaging, the polyfiller from any hardware shop. The grass from a local model shop , so were the fences and buildings. the trees from hobbycraft
@railfilmproductions That's exactly what I thought!
Dolischo is the best as it has a kind of acceleration and braking system built in. Very smooth and quiet. Stangl is the next it is similar but not as good in my opinion Liliput is rough and noisey, but they are older, sound a bit rough like a diesel sometimes. None of them are DCC the track is controlled by dead section opperated by the white switches you see on the fron of the board. The engine shed on the right has 4 dead sections in and oppertaes just like an engine shed.
A very nice loco. Which one drives best? The Dolischo, Stängl or Liliput one...?
"Britomart" sounds like a chain of supermarkets :)
Hi Darlek it is actualy quite easy. think in layers with the finest layer first ie grass! grass is of different colours and if you look at nature it is quite random (Look at any patch of grass). So are rocks thes go under grass so start with rocks . use a brush to paste on pva glue from above the rocks never from the side or dabbing them. Now sprinkle random ccolours from above in patches. this gives the effect of grass growing on rocky ledges, look at any rock face.
plow is how it SHOULD be spelled XD lol But that neat for a narrow gauge What is the gauge?
the track is PECo 009 crazy track Flexible to bend it and cut to the curve you want
how do you get the track
gosh!!....8 weeks.....very impressive!!!!!!!!
Thats a stunning layout bud :) impressive, how did you do the station?
Sounds good!
It's coming along and will be charging up the grades before too long! Nice work!
@dutchtrainmanserie22 Thanks as alway Im trying to promote the Railway
Nice video
@hancockshire Sorry i have taken so long to reply I used poly filler the normal stuff for filling cracks in walls, then painted roughly with different colours, applied PVA glue and sprinkled fine grass or appropriate finnish. then built it up in layers. Bits of tufted grass, bushes, brambles small trees and big trees
i think that is a cracking little layout for a first effort. Well Done!!!
I thought you did an amazing job Marcus, with a name like Delboymale what sort of intelligence do you expect!
We all have to start some where and some people dont know where to start. Geesh give a guy a break!
Agreed - novel; but excellent.
bloody hell, them QH's have some power!
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry no music to accompany but I do not know where to get some I can use that won't attract royalties, can any one help? You tube warned me on my first two attempts.
