No water spreading at pushing water bottom, how to fix it?

Mine lasted 6 month...after that one of the turning disc started making rough noises. Once I opened the right gearbox found out that the gear that turns the disc is made of plastic and was worn out affecting several teeth. Could not find in the Elicto site or in the Internet any merchant selling the gear or the whole gear box. If the gear would have been made of bronze the machine would have lasted, bur a plastic gear is obviously a time tagged design for failure. A pity, for couple of more bucks the company could have done a quality product. While it worked it was OK. If the company improves this vital detail, I would buy another, but with a plastic gear no way.

Update this product is still working great love it no problems micro fiber mop heads are awesome wash and repeat clean as a whistle.

This is a crowd sourced project that unfortunately failed. It just went through a development phase with no final product. I wish there was a spin "mop" with a vacuum. Wow what a bonus I just ordered this mop because I was on Sharper Image looking for a birthday gift for my boyfriend and I found this great looking mop. Anyway I just ordered this and can't wait to use it myself. I was curious to see a demonstration video on you tube and pow I found your video not even noticing you was the owner. Thanks so much I'm sure I am going to love the mop and so will my boyfriend. When I was watching the video I said wow this man really know his mop lol he is an excellent demonstrator not realizing you are the founder. I love how easy it looks to put together and how powerful it looks and I'm glad I can fill it with my own solution and great pads with velcro. I'm supper stocked! Thanks again!

Nice. but this bulky horizontal version can't hit corners and tight spaces like bathrooms or most kitchens the buffer heads should be able extend outward and also the vacuum should be able to turn it vertically that would be ALOT more Dynamic & Efficient.

How do you turn it off? It shows a socked touching the left side but this doesn't work on ours we just have to let the power drain??
