Creating Autonomous Iron Man Tech - Iron Man Suit 2024: VLOG 4
Welcome to the fourth episode of my Iron Man Suit 2024 VLOG series! In this video, I take a deep dive into the autonomous electronics that make my suit truly wireless. Join me as I walk you through the control and monitoring setup using the ESP32C3 microcontroller, which will allow me to monitor battery levels, temperature, and more-all remotely.
I’ll also show you how I integrate these components into the armor, ensuring everything works seamlessly, just like the Mark 42 suit. From assembling the wireless receivers to programming the microcontroller, you'll get an inside look at how I'm making this suit smarter and more independent.
Whether you're into electronics, cosplay, or just love Ir...

Insane 🤩
Thanks!
Everything smaller and smarter
Yep! All the time!
cant wait for the tutorials
I'm getting to them as soon as possible! Thanks for following!
I need the code
Here you go! It's up! github.com/The-OASIS-Project/spark
@@OASIS-Project thank you bro
One suggestion from me i would suggest that connect all of the electronics to a rechargable big battery and take wires in series or parallel so that u can meet each of them. For accessibility because lipi batteries will take a time to replace so yeah ❤😅
I agree in the maintenance time BUT I'm removing a single point of failure.
@@OASIS-Project I didn't understand
@@lokeshart3340 He's saying while it would reduce maintenance time it would also create more areas where the system could fail
@@uwuanims oo ok thanks 🙏👍
Amazing website and project keep it going. 😊
Thanks a ton!
Please bring the tutorial for the iron man helmet pleaseee 😅❤
The next version is SO close. I'll tutorial that one!
@@OASIS-Project pleasseeeeee
This is awesome! I love the idea of a system that can detect something physically wrong with itself.
Thanks! It's definitely the best way to manage a distributed system.
wow, the way that you're able to monitor various types of data according to your needs on your hud, its really neat. you're even able to get your ai and hud to inform you verbally (ai) and visually (hud of course). i like the "color highlighting" (if you will) of the armour on the hud indicating which piece of armour is being monitored. its a really nice feature. keep it up, ill be following the entire way!
Thank you! I love it when others see the vision of what I'm building!
Xreal Air 2 ultra get some sort of eye tracking there are DIY solutions and a good software and the best Ironman HUD you can get for your buck :)
How's your field of vision? the screens look like they make your vision a little narrow, did you bump into anyone whilst walking around?
It makes it a little more narrow but I don't have the specific field of view. I've bumped into people before but it's not as bad as you may think.
I really hope a real life HUD happens in the near future
What feature do you want to see most?
@@OASIS-Project being able to scan stuff, zoom in, even a Ai voice that can talk to you and even control stuff via Bluetooth. Stuff Iron man can do but more realistic.
@@MUIGOKUGAMER Got it! Sounds like a plan!
Amazing!
Thanks!
That's perfect. You're a real Tony Stark.
Thank you! Much appreciated!
what would you do with humidity? =)
It's just a comfort thing. If I found humidity was an issue in the helmet, I could work on adding some airflow or other countermeasure.
@@OASIS-Project "work on adding some airflow or other countermeasure" yeah, that what I'm talking about. I mean it could be interesting which solution u will use
So cool!
Thanks!
was awesome to meet you man, sorry I couldn't get to see you with the helmet though
Agreed on both counts! I hope we get to do it again soon!
@@OASIS-Project fingers crossed buddy
Very nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
Can i talk to you personally sir. I have made an advance Jarvis and Friday with hand gestures included
Sure. You can send me a DM request on almost any social media.
@@OASIS-Project I have sent in Insta but u have not replied and I can't send any other messages
I'll go look for it!
Replied!
Man that is so cool I cant wait to see the suit completed its going to be amazing
Thank man! I'm looking forward to it too! It's been a long time coming!
Yes sir it has but when it's done it'll be worth it
Sir can i get the src code pls i want to make it for my science project
The code will most likely be available within a week or so along with an announcement and overview video. Stay tuned! I'm not sure this fits into a science project. What did you have in mind?
@@OASIS-Project Sir I want to make it for my Science exhibition Featuring AI. I have already made an Advance Jarvis with many advance features and hand gestures included. I just wanted to make this in science project along with my Jarvis..
Sir can u make a tutorial
After I release the source, I'll start doing some tutorials.
Sir csn we get the code or tutorial on it?
Both will start coming out soon!
@@OASIS-Project sir can I talk to you personally Sir. Pls sir a humble fan request.
Believe me, it is hard af to think this isnt staged. It’s absolutely AMAZING, the only flaw is that the helmet is a little too big but i guess it’s something you gotta live with if you want FRIDAY. Really a stunning job👏👏👏👏👏👏 I absolutely love that it knows what it is looking at
Thank you! I'm constantly working on how to shrink the design. I think it's possible but it's going to get even more expensive!
@@OASIS-Project Worth every penny. In real life, an iron man suit would cost millions, maybe even billions. It's crazy how all the tech required just to get something that accurately functions like the movie helmet is so expensive.
Good job 👏. I enjoyed your presentation in GTC. Keep up!!!
Thank you! Will do!
dang that would be a business card i would keep
I appreciate it! That's the idea!
Ok.... Here we go... Been waiting for these kind of videos from you for a long time
There's a lot more coming!
Is there a way I can use my gaming laptop to run this? I have a Ryzen 9 and RTX 4060. Thinking of making the whole suit eventually so I don’t need it all to fit in the helmet.
Right now the code only supports NVIDIA Jetson. It could theoretically run on all kinds of hardware but it would have to be ported to the new environment. Since it's C code, it runs on most things but has OS and device specific code.
@@OASIS-Project I have no idea how to do that 😂 but I’d love to see it work on normal pc hardware in the future!
I was afraid someone had hacked your channel...but it's you! Very cool
Thanks for looking out for me! It's me! New channel, new focus!
This is extraordinary if you would like I can use what you have to put JARVIS into it as well all of it would depend if it runs on meta which is android tho. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished
Thanks! I appreciate it!
Can you make the file downloadable for the iron man hud and if so, would it be compatible with a Meta Quest pro As you can tell, I’m desperate Lol
Sorry! All the source is going to be available but it probably won't be working on the Quest soon unless I get an urge to hack one.
Fair enough I look forward to seeing the source.
OK wow, the "What am I looking at" implementation took this project way beyond cosplay, thats so cool!
That was the goal! It was always meant to be more. I really do want to make it real.
Absolutely crazy and cool! Well done.
Thank you! Cheers!
That is fantastic
Thanks Vince! ✌
This is so amazing! I love the little echo of F.R.I.D.A.Y., too. The ai feels so real too! What did you use to do that?! Amazing anyways. Keep up the epic progress and work!
Thank you! The echo was actually an accident but I thought it created a neat effect, so it's here now!
Right now the AI is provided by the OpenAI/ChatGPT API but I plan for something cooler in the future!
This is absolutely amazing! Really looking forward to this channel!
Thank you! I'm looking forward to sharing a lot more soon!
Heck yeah!
Very cool, and you can probably use the sensor to calibrate pressure advance on your printer as well? :)
Thanks! Hah!
CSI: Enhance! 😁
Maybe not but probably so. 😅😎
Hack smith bro
Hacksmith is awesome but his Iron Man helmet didn't have a HUD.
Wow! That is pretty awesome!!
Thank you! Cheers!
