Strapping Options for the LapMat

Directions on how to use the strapping on the LapMat. Each LapMat comes with a 48 " and 42" strap and 4 alligator velcro straps. The 48" strap can be fastened to the back D ring with one alligator velcro strap. Then wrap the strap around the back of you and strap to the other D ring with the remaining alligator strap. I just receieved this product. The quality feels very good, which is important because it needs to handlle a lot of weight. I have two arms but I tore my biceps on my left arm, so I can't lift anything heavy with it for many months, which is why I bought this. I'm gonna do some deadlifting with ittomorrow, hope it all goes well! Maybe I'll drop by and leave a review. The only downside so far is that if you live in Europe, like me, the shipping + customs will be VERY expensive, which is a shame. But the product itself feels like a quality product.
