I was out of town all last summer and noticed my sccm was not connecting and couldn't connect to the db in sql, hyper V network IPv4 was on automatically obtain, so i redid dhcp reservation for DC and sccm server, and used my DC IP as the DNS that you did and walla, things started working again.

Wow! Well done. One can ever learn "too much" on Linux. When I moved over to Linux from Mac and Windows 16 years ago, I just wanted to be a Linux "user". I think that everyone who is using Linux knows that is not possible. Great video ... I am now a subscriber. Looking forward to your future videos.

Very clear straight to point explanation

on centos distro, I find that -cvzf will not work for .tar.bz2 . file will be created but won't unzip (bunzip2). but it worked for tar.gz to zip and password a file: zip -p -e zip_file_name file_to_zip

why do I have to put a forward slash in front of bin; "ls /bin" for it to work, but "ls Desktop" works without the forward slash?

Just realised that ctrl+L just shifts the screen down so your current line is at the top & it looks like the screen is clear. But when I scroll up I see the former commands. Also, I installed the ubuntu & created new login via windows WSL 2; now I have the ubuntu command prompt, does it make any significant difference to the outcome or your method of installation (by downloading from ubuntu website)? I would install virtualbox to access the ubuntu desktop version too.
