where was the screen replacement ?

Could you please tell me what it is that you wrap around the antenna at 5:50-6:00 of the video and why you do it? I recently replaced my screen on the exact same phone. It worked fine for 3-4 days but now I get some (lots) of vertical lines on the screen. Still works but the image is crap. Read somewhere it may be due to some static electricity, some improper grounding or something. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just replaced my dead screen and somewhere in the assembly things got real and something happened to it, I just noticed I can't turn it on anymore and opened to see this small tear. How do I fix it ? Waited a month for the new screen, won't wait another month for a new button :/
