One of my all time favourite cookies I’ve made! This was for a just-for-fun Nintendo cookie collaboration, and I somehow got the idea to make a cookie showcasing some of the fun plants from Super Mario games. I think it’s the most colours I’ve ever made for a single cookie and it took a ridiculous amount of time, but I love it! 🍄🌵

@sugarcatcookies do i need to wear a mask when using resin or do this next to an open window?
No! This art resin is not smelly/intense like traditional resin. Ventilation is a good idea but no mask required!

Hello, What do you use to color the purple background? is it an edible gel food colour? or is that icing?
I used a combination of powdered food colour mixed with water, and gel food colouring

Ok, I was also reading the comments because I want to get this right before the cookies start to spoil, as they are from the final KISS concert. ...That being said... I should take them out of the cello bags they are in for about a week, and THEN coat them? And then, is there any sanding to be done between layers? or would that mess things up. ... Unfortunately this is my first time using your epoxy (but not my first time using epoxy)... since I'm unfamiliar with your product, I want to get the details right. Thank you for any advice. 💜💜💜
I would take them out and let them dry for a week or two yes to remove any moisture. No sanding needed!
So you didn't need to hit it with a heat gun or butane lighter to pop the bubbles, like you would for a regular/non-food project?
No heat gun! The art resin is self leveling/correcting and will cure nice and smooth.
What is the recipe for the thicker part for marking the flowers? I would love to try it out ❤
