So what is your take on the new all plastic Twister pins? I've bowed for a few decades, as far as sound, I prefer wood. The plastic ones sound tiny. And have heard complaints about odd pin action.

These exercises are much worth doing. I had 2 hip replacements. Hopefully i will be able to bowl again. I go to a gym 4 days a week and will try these exercises. Thank you Verity. 🎳🎳🤗 BTW: you work hard at what you do, and it will pay off. When is your next tournament? And where?
