Wat is fencing
Bruce Lee adapted this for his fighting. He changed it slightly. He liked to raise the rear heal to get the extra spring from the ankle. He turned the front foot inward slightly to shield the groin. He would fire the kick off and jump as the rear comes to your ''recover''. This means he had an extra use of gravity, forward propulsion and body weight. He combined it with boxing footwork to create a lightness in the sideways movement.
