It's a difficult balance trying to stay informed but also protecting your peace. Ever since Covid happened, we stopped listening to the news because my partner couldn't handle how fear-provoking it is.

It's actually interesting to learn that the cold weather will help ease your sinus pressure. I developed allergies later in life and my daughter has them really bad now. She's been sick since early October and the doctor determined that the pneumonia and all the other sinus congestion she's been dealing with stems from her ragweed allergy! Your backyard is very beautiful. Have a wonderful and Merry Christmas!

Hi Sumner. I am so sorry about you feeling down and Rob's mom's health issues. It's not easy to navigate. It has been such a rough year for my family and I so I feel you the holidays aren't quite there for me this year. Unmotivated for me this last part of the year which is why I haven't been filming either. Wishing you love and positivity friend!

I think everyone is scared due to what’s going on with Russia and Ukraine and the military stuff we got involved in. I have family members on both sides and I’m thankful we don’t discuss it haha I think things are going to get a lot better and that you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The thing is maybe we need to step away from the constant stream of news that’s never ending and never good. I don’t mind news sometimes if it’s factual but I try to stay away from the opinion sites
