So…all I’m saying is…does anyone know of any nerdcore songs with bridges in them? Also, I appreciate there being a Skylanders nerdcore song that isn’t a rap battle/cypher.

Skylanders was a childhood-favorite franchise of mine, so when I discovered yesterday that this existed, it was a blessing. It makes sense to start off with the O.G. in Spyro, and to me, the highlights were Bash, Terrafin (even if Swift was somewhat offbeat near the end and emphasized the wrong syllable in “against”), Slam Bam, Flameslinger, Eruptor, Boomer, Trigger Happy, Cynder, Chop Chop, Warnado, Zook, and Stealth Elf (even if it sounded like MiMiLock didn’t have a capable mic/pop filter). For thing that I would’ve changed: I would’ve waited to afford fem performers for Whirlwind and Sonic Boom (I understand why this didn’t happen, but I recommend that you still wait to finalize who performs as who), gave Drobot a robotic voice/have him performed by someone who uses auto-tune, told Spade to write for the beat so that his Wham Shell verse flows well, and maybe considered some usernames to see what element certain users should perform as. I heard a Giants cypher is in the making, and Flashwing, Jet-Vac, and Tree Rex are the ones I’m looking forward to hearing the most. And if the casting has yet to be finalized, then I hope you get a fem performer for Ninjini, Flashwing, Chill, and Sprocket each. Also, the way I see this cypher as is longer verses and a division between the Giants and the normal Skylanders introduced in Giants. Hope you continue to make more excellent content in the future, St33l.
