I believe so.. They also have a thread barrel as well.

Hey I put the tlr7a on my mc9 and it wouldn’t stay on correctly no matter how much I tightened it down and I put locktite on it too. Which rubber spacer did you use?

How did you get the tlr7a on there
Is there a secret for removing the factory MC9 optic cover plate? Trying to install a vortex defender but I can’t get the cover plate off. I took out both screws, removed the slide and tried to ‘help’ it out by using the Canik tool to push the plate out from below, but no luck. Not sure what I’m doing wrong
Get a very thin flat face screw driver and go under the optic plate and lift up
If I remember I took something thin like a small screwdriver. And pushed the plate off from going through other side of the slide.
Use your Allen wrench like a crowbar in the screw holes
Poke a small Allen key threw the optic sight screw holes (not the optic plate screw holes) from the inside of the slide, you won't scratch up your slide doing it this way

Invest in a Canon M50 before you buy another firearm, it has great focus ability and mk1 vs mk2 isn't much of a difference. But your focus is just horrible bro almost left the video because of it.

I know its a personal pref on the optic. Any reason you use a green dot instead of red? Im planning to pickup a MC9 and while im at it, trying to decide on a holosun green or red. Ive been use to using red dots and been reading and viewing on green dots.
Red is kinda the standard everyone is used to but green is better for people with assigmatism and sometimes easier to differentiate in low light
I've read that the green dot works better for those with astigmatism as it doesn't cause the dot to bloom like a red dot can.

X macro or canik mete mc9?
I would do the x macro. Not because i have both, but because I have the mc9. I use extremely high quality ammo and I consistently have light primer strikes and out of battery. It’s also not just my MC9 either. When looking at all the options you have in this day and age, the mc9 is not it. I’ve never cared so much about reliability so much before this gun
