Hey Jaz...1st time viewer here. Idk if i missed it, but do the door tray inserts come in pairs of 2 or 4 inserts, thank you.
No worries, it comes with all four. Two front, Two back.
@@btswithjasmine Thank You and love your car!
Is there some hard cover under that glass roof or is it just a glass ?? 🎉
More like mesh net, great when it’s hot outside 😊
That was off-road?
What year and color is your Macan?! It’s top top tier
2022, chalk ☺️
@ incredible.. thanks for responding!
Girl looks solid
Do you want my help to wash the car
I don’t know who’s nicer you are the car
you made me want to get a porsche
Pops an OG! You earn my sub.
BTW - if you are having sluggish shifts or any delay whatsoever, I suggest you getting that looked at ASAP. That's not normal. Especially on the GTS. The PDK transmission is one of the best if not THE best in the market. The dual clutch system is super quick at shifting and it's smooth as butter. Enjoy the car. Also if you want to really unleash its full potential - look into a Stage 1+ tune, exhaust and cold air intake upgrade mods for it.
It's pronounced Por SHA! ;) GTS is KING!!!!
Sick car, I just test drove one for the first time and it was sublime. I'm curious why did you choose the gts? I'm currently debating S vs GTS.

Have been in high water in a Macan and it took us out no problem! Great video
Hello Beautiful, New to Channel, I have watched several of your videos (selling your rental, washing the vehicle, bring down your income and a few others like driving at night etc) for the record I’m in the market for A Porsche Macan S or T, but not a GTS, Soooooo, I have watched a lot of your Content to learn about owning this vehicle. I might try to get this Vehicle before the year is out. But good luck with Everything and keep up the good Content
Blessings 🤗
What dealerships did you go to in Houston?
North, not the best customer service. River Oak is 10x better (got mines there) & Katy location has great staff too, very helpful.
River Oaks and West are owned by the same group. I will most likely buy from RO. I live nearby. I spoke to North on the phone and was definitely not impressed. Thank you!
@@btswithjasmine I am going to test drive an X3 at Momentum this week if you want to go with.

Interesting review, from a different (non-tech) perspective! Only 24 and driving a Porsche GTS, congrats!

Regarding labor charges: There is a "book" used in the industry, where labor charges are standardized. If a car is damaged in an accident, and certain parts need replacement, the "book" tells the repair shop AND the insurance company that the time needed to do the appropriate repairs is 2.5 hours. Thus, Porsche dealerships (and any other dealership) can only charge you 2.5 hours for the repair labor charges. For standard labor charges, some Porsche dealerships charge $295/hour whereas the private repair shop charges $190/hour. So, for 2.5 hours' time, the Porsche dealership will charge you $737.50 and the private shop will charge you $487.50. NOW here is the rub: the BOOK time is 2.5 hours; the Porsche dealership will charge you for 2.5 hours AND if the mechanic can do the work in 1.5 hours, the dealership still charges you for 2.5 hours...and they "split the difference" with the mechanic. This way, the mechanic can earn his base salary PLUS he/she can earn an extra $30K or $40K or $50K in annual bonuses by doing hundreds (per year) of 2.0 hour jobs in 90 minutes or even less... The thing with any Porsche is this: they're simply more money to maintain IF you bring the car to a Porsche dealership OR any specialty shop that knows Porsche cars well. Of course, you can do the work yourself. IF there is a warranty still active with your car, just keep all your records in a safe place. As long as any work done on your car meets manufacturer's specifications, you should do fine with any repairs done by you OR a certified repair shop. There is a common expression: "Caveat emptor"---that's Latin for "Buyer beware". But keeping ALL your records does pay off when you want to sell the car. By the way: When you tried to raise/lower the vehicle, I think you need to have the engine running. Take care and thanks for posting your video!
Thank you 😊 your feedback is super helpful!
It aint ur husband bought for u goldigger

The holes in your seat will NOT be a problem UNLESS you wear: suntan lotion or certain skin moisturizers; eat food or drink certain beverages. Food crumbs, lotions, creams, etc. can present a problem with certain leather upholstery. Any cloth fabric with a slightly rough/fibrous surface will remove from the "holes" anything that could present a problem (other than what is mentioned above). You were using one such cloth early on in the video. It looks like you have the 18-way seats! Good choice, especially for a fit person. If you have ventilated seats, then great choice also! You do have to watch out for sitting while wearing clothing wet from "excessive" perspiration. A damp cloth will remove SOME of the perspiration. I really suggest wearing clean dry clothing, because if a person continually wears clothing wet from perspiration, the seats could take on an unpleasant odor (from bacteria that "eat" human perspiration which can be rich in a substance called urea and uric acid. Houston, being notoriously warm and damp/humid, can contribute to this "effect". Here's one thing about soaps and detergents: it's what you do AFTER treating a surface with a soap/detergent that matters. These products contain "surfactants"...which even though you wipe the surface dry, some surfactant remains behind. Surfactants attract dirt, oil, grease, etc., AWAY from the surface they are on and allow these substances to mix and go into solution with water. However, if left behind on fabric, metal, leather, glass, carpeting, etc., the surfactants begin to attract MORE dirt, oil, grease TO the surface you cleaned some time before. You may notice that if you use Windex on the inside glass, it doesn't take long for the inside glass to begin fogging up with moisture. This is because the last time you cleaned with Windex, a super-tiny layer of surfactant was left behind on the surface of the glass...and that surfactant prematurely attracts moisture onto the glass. SOOOOO....you use Windex again! The answer is: after using any surfactant, try to gently "rinse" the surface using just pure, clean water you've applied to a cloth so that it's MOIST (not soaking wet)! Dry with a clean, lintless cloth...and you might note that NOW, the glass doesn't fog up so fast. The same applies with carpet cleaners also...if you clean your carpets, they get clean, BUT they seem to get dirty faster (later on) than when they were new! So, if you shampoo your carpets, repeatedly rinse them until the rinse water is practically clear...which could require LOTS of rinses! (Ugh). When there's NO SIGN of soapy lather in the rinse water, you've don'e the job! One last thing: car air conditioning in warm, humid environments can present a mildew problem after a car is two or three years old. Ask your Porsche dealership about steps you can take to reduce the likelihood of mildew forming in the ventilation system of your car. Good luck in your life journey!
Is that a Porsche macan cus my dad is gonna buy one

ooooo I see the transtion, I was wrong and did not expect you to hop in stocks lol. You should look into day trading or even swing trading. There are three different sectors you can look into to day trade (SHARES not options) and swing trade. Small Cap - super volatile can offer some nice Risk to Reward but there is a learning curve behind it. Most of the stocks in small cap are all garbage financially and sometimes depend on bagholders that tried to trade the stock but ended up just holding and hoping as one of their methods of getting capital out the market since there is some thing called an "offering" Mid Cap - stuff like snapchat, American airlines, lyft macys really any big company that is not $20+ ---> people usually swing these sometimes you could go long term if you really do DD and can see the potential early. Like Palantir for example recently went crazy and may shoot for that 50 dollar target Large Cap - stuff like Visa, Master Card, Tesla, Google and Amazon ----> these are usually the stocks that people will trade OPTIONS with but wealthy people will SWING trade these (if not already long term or will have 2-3 diff accounts so that they can go long term in one and swing trade in the other ones) and because of earnings and sometimes catalyst these give those $20-$50 dollar per share moves but it takes time and patience. Quick synopsis of what the stock market is to me at least. Everyone will have their own definitions and sometimes different terminology in trading as well. NFA!
Loving these videos
Thanks for watching:)
I'm curious what are the steps for vetting potential tenants? What documents did you collect from her? Did you have to do a background check? If so how does that work? I'm really interested in getting my own rental property and need all the guidance I can get.
We checked for things like credit, rental history & criminal, etc.
Thanks for sharing this aspect, which many never show.
Glad you enjoyed it!
There are so many different walks of life. It’s sad to witness people who choose to downplay other people’s accomplishments and decided to give ‘constructive criticism’ without first handedly knowing their journey. Having a supportive parent is a blessing as not everyone is privileged to have that - having a parent who is supportive of their children’s financial decisions doesn’t mean they are financially supporting them. Just a thought. Great video - looking forward to the next one!
🫶 Yessssss!
Your dad walking with you is fire. Having that supportive person to give you the confidence to move plays a big role. What type of remote work do you do to keep up with emergency expenses? Or did you rely on the potential equity in the home?
Thanks! My marketing business funded real estate, I’ll post more about it 😃
Ignore the haters , you wouldn’t have learned anything if you didn’t try. And you did, that’s all that matters, so keep going ‼️‼️‼️
Thank you ☺️
I really advise you to get one of those portable mics lol. Only brining that up because in different videos I am having to either put my volume ALL the way up to hear you, or in other videos I can put it 50% and hear you. Also I have some questions for you: 1. How and where did you sell your house? like through a website or agent? 2. Did you sell the house as is? or did you need to fix a couple things after the person looked at it and had those things fixed before it was sealed a deal? 3. How much did your pops help you with all this ? Since I know you mentioned he has like 10+ years in the game. 4. Did you sell the house in profit or a loss? if you do not mind me asking of course 5. You mentioned long term, but only lasted 2 years? I am guessing after 2 years you realized that the expenditures on the house was bigger then your income? Did you think that your rental income would overcome that loss from the expenditures? What I think the main lesson we should all learn from? The main mistake made was not checking your pipes or was it not closing your water faucets the day before the freeze or after so that the pipes would not burst? Overall what caused you to lose money in the house was the pipes bursting and having to replace your ceiling along with having to keep up with the expenses and mortgage of the house. I hope you are able to find time to answer all 5 questions for me, I look forward from hearing from you. Also Real Estate is for people who are responsible with their money, have a good amount of money in their bank EVEN AFTER purchasing the house because they know about the unexpected expenses and what not. As long as you got money to BURN and really in it for the long term meaning you are okay with essentially paying the mortgage for x amount of time since you know in the long term you WILL have a tenant that will pay off the rest and make back what you spent on the mortgage. I think you may be a case of someone who just is not meant to be hustling in the Real Estate sector. You thought you had it in you since your pops is basically your HAND OUT....but your pops made you learn it the hard way. Just cause he got the means don't mean he going to hold your hand through it and if it wasn't for the ceiling bursting I am pretty sure you would be flexing your rental house, porsche, and whatever else. TLDR: Learn how to take losses and actually be committed to what you want to do. Not everyone has well off parents they can fall back on, you thought you could have started some RUclips/Rental income thingy but it did not go so well. Shawty may pivot into the car scene next or she may look for another investment.
Great questions! 1.Realtor 2.Made some repairs 3.Just like any mentor, they can only guide you. Their job is not to fund. 4.Profit 5.Expenditures are inevitable when getting a property, no matter how many years you hold the investment. Quick Timeline: Tenet moved out, put it up for listing, pipes burst, covered the cost to repair, re-listed, minor repairs, sold, on to the next investment. I simply documented the up & down cause your favorite guru using social media to sell a course will only show the wins. 🤷♀️
@@btswithjasmine lol thanks for the reply and I don’t got no fav guru and I for sure will never buy a course in my life. Shoot one thing I will say to you is I appreciate you for keeping it a buck on the RUclips app, even though you silver spooned you kept it real and continued to post through the ups and downs and still ended up coming out in profit. You might as well just document your pops and show his real estate portfolio/strategy. Regardless you going to inherit it and if you really trying to give game out, give/convince the man an avenue for it. Of course if he open to it…
Following your journey
Thanks for watching:)
