I have a problem, I cannot reconcile the vendor prepayment. I tried to create a saved search but I'm not able to find a filed that show the remaining amount from the vendor prepayment itself. I need to open each vendor prepayment to know the amount applied and manually calculate to know the remaining amount. Is there something that is available in Netsuite ? Thanks !

I need help, on my company the vendor prepayment application although it is applied I cannot see it in the reconciliation area, and when I receive, what the inventory that I make the accounting entry to deduct the prepayment and bring it to the inventory as such. I am willing to pay for a response or teams

Can the accounts payable report be amended to show the TRUE balance owed, by including the prepayments made?

Cool. Just what I needed. I'm just starting to implement tracking landed costs. One problem: When I try to select the "cost category" there's nothing there. I assume because some list didn't get populated during implementation. Can you direct me how and where to create the cost category list? Thanks!

How do you recommend "invoicing" for the deposit. In other words, when sending the sales order to the customer, where is the "required deposit" listed?

I created customer deposit but we did not use sales order. I created customer deposit with navigation Transaction/Customer/Record customer deposit. The GL impact is Debit Bank/Credit customer deposit. End month I created invoice (no sales order also), my question how to clear customer deposit and process for the balance of sales invoice. Thank you so much

Am I able to add one deposit amount of $5000 to to sales orders, that is sales order#123 $3000 and Sales order#897 $2000?

Super helpful. Thank you so much. One thing I noticed on the save search is that it pulled every invoice that was due on that date, regardless of if it was paid or not. I added the "Amount Remaining is above 0" criteria and set it to "true" and it seemed to narrow the results to only past due invoices.

Not sure if you were taking questions or not, but if I have 10 clients with an invoice 60 past due and I only want 5 of the clients to receive the email notification, would I just not add in the email address to the clients information page?
