The apt is really like another character in the show. It has created so much conversation for watchers. My wife and I, both huge Fasier fans, often wonder what Frasier's rent would be, does it include a parking space and why laundry is still community with such a high end place! LOL!

My late father never liked sitcoms, so he never saw Fraser. But geez, did they share a lot in common! My dad was a psychologist with a taste for the finer things in life, including the symphony, jazz, fine dining, world travel, contemporary fine art, fine wine, and upscale furnishings; he had the same reproduction Eames chair, and a rectangular version of the same dining set! Plus, his father was a cop, and the two could not have been less alike! Watching the series feels like going home to me. My father would have been entirely at home in Frasier's apartment (though he would have found Martin's chair even less tolerable than Frasier did)!

The apartment is still stunning and current today. Who made or makes the replica of the Chanel sofa today.

The set design for this show was absolutely genius. Context is everything, and speaking as a Pacific Northwester, the designers for the set of Frasier absolutely nailed it. Not only did they capture the very essence of Frasier’s personality, they also captured the personality of the Pacific Northwest. The textures, the colors, the backdrop of the Space Needle, the tchotchkes… the entire ensemble made me believe that Frasier and the gang were truly in Seattle. So well-done…

Super Mario Sunshine (2002) is one of the most greatest video games of all time due to it's fun, innovative, colorful, bright, vibrant, unique, carefree, inventive, challenging, mind-blowing, exciting, and thrilling gameplay, graphics, and levels. It was decent. To this day I still play it and I consider it a classic. It never gets old.😍😎💯👍
