I think the memory address is just used for something else during the cutscene, so it's not actually momentum.

How did you use the bubble bowl and the bubble missle without unlocking them?
This is a bit of a niche category where you're allowed to use cheat codes, but only to unlock bubble bowl and cruise missile right at the start.

What is the x,y and z position based on, and does it change relative to each level or is it a constant throughout the game? Like is there a 0,0,0 position in each level or is there only one 0,0,0 position in the whole game?
Every level has its own origin, usually at a sensible location like where you're supposed to first spawn in, though not always.
