We should have AT LEAST 1 SB since we drafted Lamar. We’ve had plenty of talent throughout the team. Regular season the Ravens have been impeccable since Lamar drafted. It’s the post season that has been a mental block keeping us from winning it all. In general, mental block with coaching and Lamar’s pressing. But I do believe if we had a head coach in the same class as Andy Reid we’d already have the 3rd Ring😈 IMO

100% agree. The coaching is the one constant across all the playoff failures. They are not preparing the team for big games, tactically and mentally. Harbaugh has not instilled an elite mentality and allows himself and his OCs to abandon the identity that gives us success.

You're spot on about nobody ever having Lamar's back. Harbaugh, EDC, and the front office will never have to ever deal with overtly racist AI pics of them picking cotton, being lynched by the fans of other teams, sports media figure heads making covert racist jabs at them, or anything like that. People saying coaching wasn't the problem, but I disagree. Monken called plays like he was trying to win a HC job rather than win the game. Also, Harbaugh had them practicing indoors because the field was too cold. He should have had the practicing outdoors with wet balls. They knew what the conditions were gonna be. Also, turnovers are part of being disciplined. Lamar even lost track of the play clock a cpl times, leading to having to use a timeout and a penalty. This is also a discipline issue.
