Just do a guide extension assisted reverse CART past the LM bifurcation and you dont have to worry about dissecting accross it

Would be a great case for DLMC or Supercross 120. Would engage the cap with a WH and then swap for Fielder XT/A. There’s a microchannel to cross. Don’t need to keep IVUS in the whole time. All that does is get in the way and bias the wire.
