hey i know that guy
Personally I think going usage based first has many many more benefits. Firstly it’s easier to implement. Designing your system in a way that allows events to be ingested and stored in a way that allows for easy querying is great for a business even if you don’t charge for it. Just to see when customers do things, where they do it and how much. Then you have that metric framework in place you can onboard some beta users, see their usage, and justify usage based pricing. That’s just my take, but I do believe the metrics are worth having even if you decide to not stick with usage based pricing model.
Smart human, very inspring video on storytelling. Wish the ceo the best, nice website and experience :)
Tobias Gunther i love you😍😍😍
Great podcast, esp around scaling ARR
Thanks, Frank!

What an excellent video! Matt Cole shares valuable insights on growing SaaS businesses through acquisitions. His strategies for overcoming initial administrative challenges in Chile and the acquisition of Nubox are particularly instructive. The importance of acquiring companies with a clear focus, cloud operations, and accessible pricing for SMBs is fundamental. I also found it fascinating how Suma SaaS integrates teams culturally and operationally, ensuring founders share the company’s mission and vision. Additionally, the strategies for maintaining and growing the customer base post-acquisition through digital marketing and systematic activation are crucial for any SaaS company. Suma’s goal to impact 1 million small businesses in Latin America is inspiring and demonstrates their commitment to supporting local businesses. The presented figures, such as the 5x growth in their customer base over eight years and the alarming 80% failure rate of small businesses, underscore the relevance and urgency of their mission. Thank you for sharing these insights and experiences, Matt!
Good podcast, I like how the interviewer really let her guest, Francois, talk and asked such interesting questions.
thanks for a great feedback!

Great insights on SaaS M&A valuations and benchmarking! It's fascinating to see how financial metrics and growth projections play such a crucial role. I'd love to hear more about the importance of cultural fit in these deals. How do companies typically assess and integrate different corporate cultures to ensure a smooth transition post-acquisition? Thanks for the informative video
We will definitely explore the importance and assessment of the cultural fit in acquisitions in the next episodes. Stay tuned! And thanks for the feedback 🙌
Thank you Mr James

What about audio/video chat?
what about it?
@@saas-group does it have audio and or video, or is it only text?
Been wondering this. Love it.
Thank you for the authentic and genuine sharing Dorothy. So many points resonated strongly especially on the family front! Fortunately for me, dads have less "mom-guilt" than moms.
I Couldn't find the link to Cris's Cheat Sheet about Tech DD. Probably I'm the first one missing that, so like this message if you also miss it.

@@saas-group Thank you! It’s not only for this particular episode - I meant for every one of them, for listener convenience and founder promotion.
@@kkomelin absolutely :)
Great conversation. Thanks for putting this out there
thanks for the feedback! Means a lot to us!
Your reasoning for not selling your company seems to imply that you cannot build another business from scratch. Is my understanding correct?
Loved to see the old interview format around early stage stories of how the company came to life and found its footing. Great job Anna!
Anna, your older podcasts were good. I loved learning about founder journies on how they got the idea, their early experiments to reach PMF, then how they got their first 10 customers, how they grew their company etc. Your current podcasts are incoherent and don't have a specific structure + some founder ramblings in between. Just a feedback.
Thanks for the feedback :) I feel like older podcasts might have been focused on earlier stages and now the questions are more specific to what company's actually doing.
This is an interesting form of education on sales. Keep it up guys 💪 PS: You guys seem really experienced in this field. Do you know anyone that might be interested in an inspiring and clean thumbnail design? I'm a graphic designer trying to recreate the general idea of content creators. I'll ask questions about the target audience, personality, brand, and match them up with the total brand... I do this so that I can use the right techniques (I'll even learn new ones when needed) to create this perfect thumbnail.
Thanks for having us! 🥰
It was a pleasure!

Hello Saas group channel admin. I visited your channel. And I found your videos very nice. But your videos don't have any good views and subscribers. The only reason your videos won't go viral is because your videos aren't SEO'd. Your videos must be SEO'd. Your channel has a lot to say about you. How can I contact you?
My parents take pride in owning a small business they dont want to do anything to grow it hurts. My childhood 13 years just a waste working at the small business

Absolutely enjoyed the conversation and excited to see what's next for Cord!
This guy understood everything!
This is why all the automated marketing tools are essentially worthless. Speak with your customers directly. The human touch is so important. If someone is using your service and you reach out to them not asking them to promote your product or want anything they will be more than happy to give you constructive feedback.
Absolutely! Customer communication is so so important and the most personalized it is the more valued customers feel and the more feedback they are willing to give.
Fantastic discussion! Lots in here I haven’t seen discussed anywhere else
Thank you for the support! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Incredible! 🤩
