Thanks u bro
Based on circuit diagrams given, is it the measurements for dc same with ac connections?
No the current sensor can also measure dc current but voltage sensor can't. Also need to change current and voltage parameters in the code section for both current and voltage.
How can the esp32 3 volts power the ACS712 if it needs a power supply of 5 volts? I have seen other diagrams where they connected 1 and 2k resistors in series, yet I couldn't see that in yours. Why?
Use 5 volt power supply to power all the components and also use a DC-DC buck converter module for powering the esp32. Just input with 5v supply to the buck converter and sorted the 3.3v pin of it and you will get 3.3v power as output. So connect it to esp32. But if you don't use esp32 for continuous power on then you can use 5 v power supply as the input voltage. It doesn't affect so much.
@ so the 3v3 in the esp32 can power the ACS712? to my situation it doesn’t why does it work on yours?
No 3v3 can't power the ACS712. 3v3 can only power esp32 for safety reasons. rest of the all components will need 5v supply.
how much watt and battery we are gonna use
5v 1 ampere is enough for powering whole system
Thank you so much, last question what is your exact esp32 model cause i dont want to buy wrong one
@red181 ESP32S or ESP WOORM 32. Any of them you can use
I did same as this, all are working except the LCD display , no reading is shown in LCD Jst some boxes are shown
Then you connect wrong wires or your i2c module is damaged. Connect SDA pin21 and SCL to pin22
can i get the code for time scheduling pls and on and off switch also pls
Make Arduino display clock
EEPROM is it available in the ESP 32 or we have to connect it to externally
Esp32 has inbuilt EEPROM
Thank you so much for fast reply
Whether we have to upload emon library code to esp32
No need to upload emonlib library code. This is only for internal coding purpose. Just upload esp32 code only
Thank you
Can i schedule timer for the bulb through blynk if so pls lemme know
No as it is working only for energy monitoring purpose. No home automation system is not included in it so you can't schedule bulb timer.
Sir i am not able to connect bulb in please can you explain me how to connect bulb in current sensor
Connect bulb and current sensor in series with mains power supply
@@electro_gadget80 isn't it dc current sensor and u are using with ac supply
@@VikramKumar-ly9ou it can sense both AC and DC current.
I have built everything completely same But even after switchin off the main supply the meter is showing some random voltage and current which actually must be zero What can i do Please help 🙏🏼
permission to ask sir, the 2 yellow cables connected to the zmpt101b are plugged into what component? while the yellow and green cables connected to the ACS712 are connected to the lamp. (Correct me if i'm wrong)
2 yellow cables connected to voltage sensor are directly connected to ac mains power supply (live and neutral section). As it senses the voltage only.
Do we need to use any battery for voltage current sensor or esp?
You can use but no need. Connect one 5 volt adaptor instead.
hii i m confusing with the circuit diagram.. is it the both +ve and -ve of bulb connect to the current sensor and ac main power supply connect to the voltage sensor?
Bulb is connected to current sensor in series with mains power supply. And voltage sensor is directly connected to mains power supply.
Hello friend, maybe you can do the same project using: esp32, ZMPT101B and SCT-013 ?
Same code will apply for sct013 also.
Hey i made connections exactly the same and also the code is proper (with no error), but the voltage is displaying +30v the actual voltage (even after calibration), i dont know what's wrong ,and when we remove load the voltage should remain as it is and current should be 0, but the current is not dropping, plz help what changes should i make in the circuit and code
Did you insert D34 as current sensor data and D35 as a voltage sensor? Also check the vcc and ground pins voltage of both the sensors'. Data errors also occur due to power loose connection.
Make a Video on wifi car using esp8266 wifi module controlled with phone
esp32 code can i upload to esp8266. thanks
No, cause esp8266 has only single analog pin but here we have two analog sensors.
bro can u show how to calibrate voltage and current sensor,
i already try but lcd show value voltage and current without load connected to ac supply
Check the esp32 pin no connected voltage and current sensor and in the code section where you mentioned the same pin for these sensor
@@electro_gadget80if using esp32 need to use voltage divider for current sensor acs712?
Can u explain the bulb connection with current sensor and voltage sensor
Bulb is directly connected to ac mains power supply with the current sensor in series. And the voltage sensor is directly connected to ac mains power supply.
How did you connect current sensor in video u didn't show
AC load and current sensor are in series with mains power supply which is shown in the circuit diagram, link in the description.
you can not find power because you dont have power factor , instuded use PZEM004T senser
Bro is it necessary to keep connected the esp32 with laptop or pc. If I want to change the Wi-Fi credentials how can I do that
For that project you need to connect with pc for changing these credentials, but using blynk edgent with the code, you can change your credentials with the blynk app.
And my bulb is also not glowing I have checked all the connections. I have connected it with my homes socket
@@electro_gadget80bro pls reply
Bro mine is giving me a wrong current value
Then decrease or increase the current calibration value from the source code according to your multimeter.
@@electro_gadget80bro i want using plug socket and measured current of any load, the current dont change.. do you have any suggestion
@@electro_gadget80i really need your help
@muhdsybl if you want to keep the current unchanged, you need to specify the current value as static in the code section.
Where you have given supply
Between the relay's one terminal and bulb's one terminal.
@@electro_gadget80 we have used 5v normal relay instead of 5v solid state relay is it ok?
@@electro_gadget80 other terminal of bulb and relay are connected where????
@@electro_gadget80 I not get this can u give detailed explanation of how u have given input supply to the ckt have u given it to both terminal of voltage sensor ie L And N of voltage sensor
@paraskhole6786 no issue same
Hi, The moisture-sensor you use, will not hold out very long. I suggest you use a capacitive sensor, which is more water-resistant. Greetz, Peter
If you are going to make the device stand-alone, then the way the board is powered, shown in the video, is the worst. It is better this way: Between parallel connected 18650 batteries, you need to put a step-up dc-dc converter and connect it to the 5V and gnd pins.
Comment down which project you want to see next.
This is amazing!
Hey man in circuit diagram you have mentioned ac to dc converter but in video you did't showed it and then the bulb connections is also not clear can you please explain it i building this project buddy please explain
If you can power the esp32 and other components with any 5 volt supply or via usb cable then it will not require this ac to dc adopter. I used it because of its compact look. And the bulb connection as load that connect between acs712 sensor's one terminal and ac power supply's one wire.
Excelente, todo muy bien explicado, incluyendo diagramas y código👍, muchas gracias
circuit diagram is not clear and how u connected bulb to the ac current
Check it to the description link mentioned. And there you will find the circuit diagram, click on the picture for a clear image. Bulb connection also mentioned on it.
@@electro_gadget80 my esp32 is not showing the port what can be the problem
@manideepn1359 may be your pc usb driver for Arduino IDE is outdated or the usb cable is damaged.
Where is the main video?
