well it's a 2008 chinese version, the international version was released back in 26 november 2010 and shutdown back in october 2012(releasing lvl 130 area and upgrade to lvl 130 gear before shutting down and the game was on perfect world inc.)

oh those wings are from either golden egg(at the entrance of hunter's crest below tree branches if you find the right spot for it), monster drop or coco eggs at forsaken valley. and it's somewhat easy to get if you're willing to put effort and time to get them and also if you like spending taros on coco egg vendor.

they were going to remake one which was fusionfall legacy. Now it's saturday mornings if i remember but it's mostly on discord.
