That sounds frustrating! Make sure you're opening the game with the profile that has the EA Play subscription or Game Pass Ultimate. Sometimes it’s just a matter of switching to the right profile. Hopefully, that helps!

⁠​⁠@@IhebsFootballFunhousei have the Ea play with another account ( my friend account ) but when i log in with in both account He get me into the game but with my friend account and he finished his trail and when I switched the account he kicked me out and say the same message ( do you own ….) and he also doesn’t get me to the game when i put his account in ( my home xbox )
