i really hope those who are in mental hell gets his shit together, and i hope you can find a way to escape it. i understand completely, or at least a fraction of it i hope, having severe schizophrenia, ed and all (hella misunderstood illnesses tho). its painful that other people can have it worse than this, but if you can think of a world where it's fixed, maybe you can fix it, or at least help your mind a little bit. hope you will all end up well

Go around to different places in your local park, etc. just admire things, the birds, animals and listen…not everything has to be sad, the world was made to be vibrant.

I know I’m late I’m very sorry, I don’t remember the last time I was actually happy in life. This song is the only song I feel understands me like no one else does - trying to keep looking happy and being all joyful is draining me and its got to the point where I have done s3lf h@rm its not good. I’ve tried so hard to fix things myself but it won’t work out. I need to turn to God a lot more I dont know why I haven’t in the past but I will start to now.
