Always and forever there is a towel on the kitchen counter beside my sink that is constantly full of dishes air drying. They sit there until the next load comes out to sit there 😉

This might be a little harsh but I think everyone needs to struggle alil at some point. It teaches us to be grateful in every situation of life.

Laci you are definitely not alone with how you are feeling. I get depressed and so overwhelmed by everything on a day to day basis. We are all trying to get through the daily tasks and that can feel like trying to climb a mountain at times. Side note I noticed you've done some things to your home and even changed your sink! Thank you for sharing ❤.

I put a little plate (saucer) under my dishes tray at the end opposite the sink so it drains straight into the sink. Helps a bit!

Hey girl so glad to see you again! I have a idea, since your dishwasher is broke, why not put your wet dishes in there to dry and that would clear up that corner for you. I really miss your teal-blue cabinet that use to be in the kitchen. But I love that wood wall!!!!!

Just need a purple shampoo to tone down the orange tones. If you want to have some fun with color look up Color deposit cowash. I was white blonde for two years and played around with every shade of pink and magneta i could find. At Walmart they had a purple shampoo for grey hair and it worked for me well.

Our dishwasher went. I pulled it and put our microwave on top of small cabinet shelf in that spot. Trying rubbing a dryer sheet on cushion before putting cover back on. I know what talking about sticky foam lol

My daughter has two dogs and like your dogs one is naughty and the other one has to have a break from the other. One's name is Charlie and we call him Charles Manson. Im sure the name gives you a clue to his personality lol. Needless to say, we love them both. Don't be so hard on yourself because you get overwhelmed. I get overwhelmed with the everyday things of life too. It just means your human and that's okay. Also, there is nothing wrong with venting. I usually vent to my oldest daughter and when I'm done, I feel so much calmer and things don't seem as bad as they did earlier. Great video. See you next time.

I've never been a person to have pets inside and I just feel overwhelmed now that I moved in with my bf we have two bull dogs and I feel like cleaning is never done. I'll clean and within less than 24 hrs there is slobber and pet hair its annoying I wish we could just throw them outside it would give me less housework. We rent and have carpets with the exception of kitchen and restrooms so it's just annoying.

If you want to free up some counter space, you can always use your broken dishwasher to drain your clean dishes

If the counter feels too cluttered, you could probably get a two tiered dish rack to replace the one you have. Then, maybe move the microwave over to the little cabinet you have across from the table.

Some days I am not motivated to do housework at all! I don’t want to do laundry, vacuum or dishes. Then other days, I can clean my house like a maniac! Nothing out of place! It’s the craziest thing! The one thing that I make myself do no matter what, is make my bed! Getting into bed at night is so much more relaxing! Thanks Mom for hounding me to do that every day when I was a kid! 😁

For your hair get malibu hard water packets...scrub and soak your hair with it every other week...thats what i do to get rid of the brassy color my graying auburn can get from our well water

Put some shims on the backside of the drain board to tilt it towards the sink so it will drain put better..helps with the slime stuff!

I have had anxiety since I was 12 - 50 years now - I also have OCD - I am medicated but still struggle - I used to combat my anxiety by cleaning all the time - I just exhausted myself and wasted so much time- a house can always be cleaned up but time and memories are more important
