Great episode! Loved the discussion about the old/young earth. Have you looked into the Universal Model by Dean Sessions? This is something I have questioned and studied. Looks into the taught geology curriculum and how it is not tested or scientifically proven. For example, does the earth have a magma core as taught or a water core? This Model also shows the likelihood of the flood and how it can be tested through its effects. Pressure causing petrified wood in less time than what is expected or assumed. Lots to unlearn and relearn. I like how this model works with religion rather than against it out of spite.

In the long term what this decision really does is force Congress to do their jobs. The federal agencies were reading all sorts of new power and authority into vague laws, now courts will strike down laws for vagueness and curtail their power to what has been given by law. Then you have the proper role of creating public policy restored to the congress who will be required to actually debate and decide these gaps in the law that were previously interpreted by the agencies. If you think congress will muck it up, I agree, but this is still a net positive. At least then when decisions are mucked up (and they have before and will again), the people mucking them up will actually be accountable to the voters.

So, NDAs are totally legal. What these Orange man bad prosecutors have done is tried to tie Trump's NDA to election interference..which when looked at chronologically makes zero sense. This of course doesn't bother a prosecution team because they don't have a North Star. They will answer later, as we all will.
