If you have old Sidecar you can use. but for new, you need to have a disability certificate or you should be a senior citizen. then only you can buy & modify new one.
I am going through a phase of clinical depression right now... But you guys have given me something I so dearly need right now... HOPE..!!!

Thank you :-) I am using Kaiyang Active Wheelchair. It's lightweight but it is very difficult to push on the sand. A wheelchair with bigger tires may be more useful on the sand.
