We sat down with Jennifer Dale-Tam, Corporate Simulation Educator and Nursing Lead Instructor of The Ottawa Hospital’s Simulation Patient Safety Program, to hear about her journey in the program coming from a nursing background, the benefits of simulation training, and the importance of hearing interprofessional healthcare perspectives.
