I watched some of your videos and since you're into astrology, I will tell you the other piece of profound wisdom I rcvd was from an astrology report I ordered a couple of months ago but had not finished reading. It is "The 7 Deadly Sins" (based on my chart) by Liz Greene. Yesterday was very transformative for me on so many levels, I think I'm coming back to Life and connecting to Life again. Thank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a lot to me. I must admit, the Guides came in to support my Human side, saying, “Why not invite people into what is happening and explain why? Some may not even realize that RUclips has a requirement for a set number of subscribers and watch hours to be able to have access to controlling ad placements.” The Guides reminded me also that “not everyone may have seen previous posts about this as well.” I had to laugh at the irony of what they were bringing: “You mean having me actually walk the walk with mindfulness instead of just talking about it?" Sending you Reiki, if you wish to receive for the highest good. 🙏 Many years ago, I had to heal from Work PTSD. I experienced a traumatic incident in the workplace that left me in disassociation and with Work PTSD. It was painful - mentally, emotionally, physically, and I wasn’t exactly pleased spiritually. I had to figure out how to heal and career change at the same time. I wasn’t in a great place - eventually the Guides stepped in to help, even though I wasn’t exactly joyful about it… yet even when you feel disconnected, the Guides/Higher Self/Soul are still there, wanting to help. It wasn’t an easy journey, and the path felt heavy at times, but I learned that even in the darkest moments, there is Light to be found. It also showed me that healing is possible. And I learned a ton more about so much. Humaning can be amazing at times yet also complicated and then inspiring then… 🙏It may take time, but with patience, compassion, and care for ourselves, healing can happen. Although the experience was difficult, I eventually healed. Everything I share, especially with tools comes from my own journey of walking through darkness to find the Light of healing. Back then, my Reiki-power word of strength was Hope, and I often used it as an anchor to lift toward the Light. Sometimes I couldn't even utter an entire sentence yet I could say a word - Hope, Hope, Hope - and I found it helped me in many ways. Thank you again. Such a blessing to share this space with you. At this point, RUclips is in control of ad placements, and I don’t have the ability to manage where or how often they appear until the channel reaches 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours. Right now, I don’t receive any income from these ads - they are entirely managed by RUclips and RUclips is receiving the money. Feel free to reach out to RUclips to let them know that you feel they are "commercial sellouts". I’ve consistently shared energy healing meditations here as a free resource, just as I’ve done for years on my podcast. My goal has always been to offer support to those seeking to learn meditation, activate their self-healer, receive healing, and support, often without any compensation. Creating these meditations takes time, care, and effort, and I’m deeply grateful to be able to offer many of them freely to the community. While I truly love creating these meditations, offering them consistently requires dedication, time and energy. So, I do hope that one day this channel can be monetized, which would allow me to control ad placements and create and share more content without interruptions. It would also provide support for the time and effort I invest in these offerings. I feel that people deserve to be compensated for their work-don’t you? I want everyone to experience abundance and have the opportunity to follow their heart’s calling, while also earning a living wage that allows them to provide for their basic needs, like shelter and food. I feel it's important that we honor the value of people’s contributions while also supporting their ability to thrive. In the meantime, if an ad does come up during your meditation, I invite you to approach it mindfully. By simply bringing your awareness back to the breath-following its natural rhythm in and out-you can still maintain a spacious, peaceful energy. One of the key reasons I teach meditation is to help people learn how to use these tools no matter what is happening around them. Life is full of distractions and interruptions, but by practicing mindfulness and meditation, we learn to maintain our center even in less-than-ideal circumstances. When I shift into channeling mode, sometimes my pace tends to pick up. Light Language coming through. I can't even speak that fast in real life. The Guides have shared with me, "People will call to them and hear what they need to. It is a vibrational experience, a remembering of the truth of who you are. I'm so sorry for what you're going through. That sounds like it is incredibly uncomfortable, especially when it disrupts sleep. Holding a place of compassion for you. While I’m not a medical professional, if you haven't already done so, explore holistic approaches to help ease some of the discomfort. Continue to consult with a healthcare provider who specializes in tinnitus. I feel it can be beneficial to embrace the benefits of both holistic and conventional approaches to healing. When I had Work PTSD, it was a painful experience; I had to keep advocating for myself and focusing on "healing was possible." All the tools, I talk about I used in my own experience to heal. It did take a while, so patience was also a part of it for me. Yet, I know it can be challenging when you don't feel well. If you haven't already done so, call in Spirit Doctor Guide Team for the Highest Good to work with you. Ask they give guidance to you, your Care Team of beneficial next steps for your healing for the highest good. Years ago, when the Guides first said "download" - I was like, "Say what, I don't understand what you mean?!" yet the more I did clearing work, meditation, used Light Language, the more I began to understand. It is a language - so the brain has to have a moment to process and shift into expanded consciousness that is already within you. Everyone has the ability to speak it, receive downloads, etc - you may not have recognized what it has felt like or been yet. But it is within you. 🙏✨

Solar Storm Flu-Like Symptoms...can feel like allergies as well. On my Instagram @inspiringyou.co, I list more symptoms and ways to support self. Make sure to drink a lot of water, ground if you need to and if you do energy work, if it calls to you (you can do an energy meditation). Solar Flares can bring a flow of electric energy so you want to balance excess electric energy with magnetic energy (connect to earth + do grounding) and also water can help as well.
