A player who makes it all seem effortless. I’ve recently discovered Lukasz Dlugosz through his performance of the Mozart G Ma with Warsaw Philharmonic. I think he is sensational in accuracy, tone and expression. A joy to know there are players who can do this on the flute.

Beautiful and the 2nd time I've heard this composition in a piano/flute arrangement. The Paolo is masterful here. He executes the flourishes without a hitch and puts the required emotion into them. Wonderful control of volume and not envelope on the legato notes! The 3rd movement is what I performed this on puccolo (whistling) at The Whistling World Championship many years ago with piano, and got weak scores because the judges weren't familiar with the music. It does sound a bit naked in a duet, but if you know the composition you can appreciate it that way. I didn't win that year because of my supposedly too strange selection of Goddard, but I believe in nothing ventured, nothing gained. Goddard is not electic music, but he is my favorite of the French Romantics. This performance is great one that deserves recognition. One question - Where did you find a piano version of this piece? I couldn't and spent weeks working with my painist to write one.
