* If you don't have a sourdough starter, there are lots of videos on RUclips showing how to make one or you can buy one online or go to a local bakery or club or neighbor and ask for a little starter. All you need is one tablespoon. Then each week you reuse your own starter.
I made my starter. Its 6 weeks old and beautiful. Im ready to bake my first bread, this looks wonderful. I just don’t feel comfortable making 5 loaves of bread, first time 1 . Lol I will have to come back to this 😟
You can always make one loaf. Follow the same instructions but use 250 grams of flour and 1/4 tablespoon or 3/4 teaspoon of salt. The rest of the measurements you do by eye. Good luck.

You can use whole wheat flour and probably get the same results
