I'm playing this in 2024. Really appreciate your control breakdown, and the encouragement to beat hard mode. I just got S ranks on all 7 normal stages. Now to try hard mode. Any additional tips?

Have you manage to pre-order self transforming optimus prime from hasbro-robosen before they got sold-out?

Modded a Powermaster G1 head, and installed it on a T9 Robosen. I was surprised it actually fits very well, with only a few slight modifications. Very cool toy! I cant wait til the real (pre-order) Optimus Prime gets here later this year.👍

This game is really, really good, but I like the Japanese Macross game for the PS2 more than this. In the game for the PS2 you play through all of the battles from the Macross tv series and also all of the events from the movie "Do You Remember Love?", so it's a complete Macross experience. I find the controls better as well. And no, it isn't Robotech, it's the original Japanese Macross, and the language is Japanese. I live in Canada and don't speak Japanese, but I know the story inside and out so not speaking the language doesn't bother me during the gameplay. ruclips.net/video/y8FEXLtahuU/видео.html

Dear Johnny, what is the secret of this game and how to unlock them. I searched in internet and no webpage mention at all!! I finished easy mode with all S rank, Hard mode up to stage 7... get D to B rank and only unlocked VF-1S Max. How to unlock the regult / N-Ger and other stuff?

it actually was not renamed robotech in usa robotech is not only macross but also an amalgamation of multiple different series mashed into one show with the macross series at the front of it all

LOL! you did EXACTLY what I'm going to do with my detolfs and lights! Exactly the same! Except for all the Macross. lol! But the lights are good because its wireless as I've seen many people add lights to their detolfs too but always have wires running around which to me ruins the display a bit. But nice display.

@Javyion, I haven't tried removing one yet. But I would assume it would be the same as removing adhesive decals, apply some heat then slowly pry off. Also, I've used "goo gone spray" and it has worked well from removing adhesive residues from motorcyles to cars etc...

I saw the reviews on this product and the batteries have a very short life (about 2 weeks with hardly any usage) in these puck lights.

4 Macross games on the ps3, still no cockpit view. I doubt there'll be a fifth. You'll have to keep on playing the first Macross VFX. ;D
