This washing machine has never been seriviced once in the twenty two years that it has worked for me.. and it is still going !! Little Jimmy has loved this 'blanket' for years. It was a piece of spare cloth from a roll that I re-upholstered my Type 2 Bay campervan seats with back in 1998.. kept this piece as a momento when I sold my beloved VeeDub bus.. and my last wife adopted it to put it on a sunken section of a piece of 1950's furniture in the hall.. where we kept our shoes. Metropolitan Southern English - they claim any ethnicity other than English. There's a lot of pride down there in Kent and the old counties but not for the new english. I blame Victoria and Albert.

I have that jacket too..wonderful pattern ..I have a few 1960 with the stitched collar, a few 1968, the 1985 pattern, the S95 and the S2000.. all in the attic sadly in boxes ! I do love the DPM.. awesome !!

Following a further round of defence cuts announced in July 2012, the 5th Battalion was reduced to a single light infantry company called Balaklava Company, 5th Battalion, Royal Regiment of Scotland, (Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders)'' ..from the internet !
