Thank you, Dr. Thomas! Just had my 5 year lupus anniversary. I hadn't missed a dose of my meds and fortunately hadn't had any major flares. Thank you for your wealth of knowledge and your efforts to help us with lupus and chronic illnesses!

Sorry to disappoint. I'm just dealing with lupus the best I can. Have mouth sores today and when that happens it causes me to eat soups and if necessary increase the steroids that I use. I post because I don't talk about these things and was diagnosed before the pandemic. I'm not a professional blogger. I wish you well.

It'll be a minute before I can practice mi Español. I'm on the ground floor but doing an exercise every day. Took 4 years of French and that's helping a little bit. Definitely will take you up on your offer to practice. I'm not nearly as critical as before but always looking for areas to improve in. Thanks, Brad!
