I love the ability to pretty much “open” the kernal and be able to get or process data in such an easy way. Should keep me busy for hours learning and processing code for practice and the ability to observe so much details.

"Do not" Hide mistakes, shows the simplicity inherent in the Western point of views. Quick to point to USSR hiding their failures, but completely ignoring the NASA multiple mistakes that were covered up. While all cannot be listed for brevity, it is telling that the opposition was chosen as the example used instead of seeking to highlight their own hubris.

Great talk on how conflicting goals and methods can be reconciled by applying practices from both fields.

Good overall ideas but I am bit confused as how does one get 'worst' time to repair metric - I mean I understand its the outlier data point but do you really think we can always rely on historical data for such worst case scenario? It feels like counting the probability of accident not happening on a given road. Doesn't make sense to me.

Too much academics/theory. Would have been better to bring in some real life examples and actionable items to take away.
