Welcome to the L.A. Barre Fitness channel by Louise! I’ve curated at home, barre workouts to get your daily sweat on! I am a professionally trained, former ballerina with decades of experience teaching and performing. My innovative barre method blends traditional ballet movements with elements of HIIT, yoga, and pilates for amazing results - but don’t worry! No ballet experience required! There are workouts for all levels of expertise (beginner through to advanced), duration (workouts from 15 minutes to 1 hr), and equipment-free options! I am passionate about empowering the fitness community and helping you to live a happy and healthy life!
20 MIN BALANCE & FLOW BARRE YOGA
Travel up the Rhine River with me and feel strong, centred, and refreshed in this gentle but powerful barre yoga flow. For twenty minutes we’ll move through a series of barre and yoga positions, activating all the major muscle groups through a combination of balance work and isometric pulses. This is one of my less intense workouts. Perfect for when you need something lighter and calmer, without compromising that essential «barre burn! »
If you’d like to increase intensity, hold on to a pair of weight (2-3lbs) for the duration of the workout!
