What does a black heart mean?
@@brianrae6814 I like it over the red one
@@brandonarnett2910 so the red heart by the comment means you don’t like it?
@@brianrae6814 lol of course
Wow, I think that was the deepest range of motion I've ever seen on a dip. Such a complete workout, congrats!
@@juanlumorenoruiz4049 🖤
You inspire me to exercise daily.
@@Chuck-g4q 🖤
thanks, Brandon. my goal was to build muscle but after 9 years i haven't gained a pound. I think now my goal is to keep up the consistency of daily exercise. just staying active, not looking for results, if that's a goal. sometimes i would wait til the end up the month to see if i gained muscle weight and was disheartened to find out i lost weight. To reiterate, consistency, flexibility and strength are my goals.
@@conephompany good goal you can achieve that with smart training

Cool. Had to watch it twice
@@brianrae6814 thanks for the support 🖤
Thanks very much for the review; really helpful... This is looking like my first barefoot shoes and I much prefer leather for versatility: dress up/down, breathable/water resistant Can you comment on its usage for lifting/gym routines and running on pavement/soft surfaces? Thank you very much for your honest and unadulterated thoughts and reviews... Very hard to find these days!
@@prasvasu4217 can you do those things barefooted the shoes will give you more traction

That tree comes in handy! Great video!
Nice
i like hearing you explaining the workout.
i do the arm wind mill to start my workout .
im doing similar type of movement, tough not nearly as able to do things as you are, alot of improvisation, mixing in some primal flow type things and classical mat pilates to decompress.
@@maxboucher86 movement is improvement 🖤
Saw the hang👏
🖤
Can you swing upside down from the tree limb or is the bark too rough?
@@brianrae6814 upside down using my legs to hang? I’ll try it. It might take a couple days to do 🖤

I know how you feel about comparing the past to the present. We all do that. One can’t always follow a ridgeline to the next peak. Sometimes, the path takes you down into a valley and you climb back up on the other side. I, and others who watch your videos, already see what you don’t: your fitness knowledge is unique and advanced. You blend styles, focusing on flexibility and fluidity, and you’re a philosopher. Great stuff! Your channel is going to explode soon. Of that I am certain.
@@robzimmerman3387 thank you. Your encouragement is very we’ll timed. I really needed a boost 🖤
Thank you

Hello! I have two questions: 1. Do they have toe spring, asthey are a little bit raised at the toe? 2. Are they slippery in wet conditions like wet pavement? Thank you!
@@kokollanmuti4407 no toe spring and they have lots of traction and grip when I wear them I always notice the strong grip they have even in slippery conditions
Thank you for the reply!

The answer is in Jesus Christ and in His Church. Outside of it, it is just confusion and delusion.
@@osenhordarazao3615 I would generally agree with that sentiment how does that answer the question: What make people act and identify how they do and what allows people ability to change?

Neck breaker
Nothing wrong with neck exercise. I train the neck with Headstand and also with laying straight and strong between two benches with my back head on one and my heels on the other with straight body. That trains my neck, core, glutes and a bit of legs.
@@User_ML907 I might try that one if I find the equipment for it thanks 🖤
@@brandonarnett2910 Yes It very great and it even help for lower back pain. Just two normal house chairs could be fine for that.
