@@miyakothug3142 Don't think so, since everyone in the K-pop group BTS had to go do their military service I would assume Faker has to as well, it's just a set age they have to do it and it can be delayed if they're pros in different kind of sports

@@blizzero96 yeah the law exempts people who have won gold medals in international sport events like olympics or world championships because they were representing the country, faker is exempted because he was in the team that represented korea and won gold at the asian games in 2023 (together with zeus ruler kanavi chovy and keria, all these players are exempted from the military service). normal lol worlds don't count because they're playing in a private team and not representing the country. bts also don't count because they're not athletes and they work for a private company. (edit: i just saw someone on reddit say that according to the LCK guidelines from 2023 players who have at least 2 international championships, and 5 domestic titles qualify for exemption and faker would be the only player in the lck rn to fit these criteria, but i'm also not sure about this news since i didn't double check it personally)

He, Chovy, Faker and Xiaohu already went past that stage long ago, they genuinely find it fun and can't live without it. In the East it's strongly believe that people change every 7 years due to cells life-death cycle, your brain would make you hate it one last time before deciding it's a critical part of your routine that you can't live without.
