This is not a high performance driving technique and it isn't conducive to getting you steering angle quickly. The idea you should never let the wheel slide through your fingers or feed it hand over hand is simply plain wrong, and I have definitely tracked some cars that would punish you with a quick trip backwards through the tire wall if you tried to shuffle steer your way out of an oversteer condition. EVOC has been training people wrong on purpose for decades because it isn't based on high performance driving fundamentals.
More evoc videos please. Great instruction.
