Newly bought IRobot Braava 380T. Kept failing even trying the troubleshooting methods recommended on IRobot website. Worst of all, seller is reluctant to help with the return.

Não comprem!!! Tenho um iRobot Braava 308T... uma porcaria, não comprem. A bateria dura muito pouco e logo pifa. Uma nova custa 600,00 e se pifar e mandar para manutenção são 300,00 só para analisar. Comprei outra bateria e também durou muito pouco. Hoje em dia deve ter similar melhor... pesquisem nos comentários antes, inclusive no RECLAME AQUI

There is a problem with a bumper, it can't release normaly when it pushed in. You can loose 4 screws at braava's bottom and it may help.
You, sir, are a genius! I recently replaced the wheels on my 5 year old machine and overtightened the screws a little. Loosened them a half-turn and now back in business. THANK YOU!😎

Dan Zlotnik please refer to this video to see the sensor test of the robot. Is in Portuguese but you will get the idea. ruclips.net/video/kpynKbS35kU/видео.html At the same time you have to adjust with a screwdriver the four screws in located in the lower part of the robot so the sensors do not get stuck. But be carful don’t loose then to much of their going to fall later. Yo have to a just specially the screws that are located in the far side of the plate. When the robot made the proper beeps with the sensors it will be operational again

i have 2 they work great for a while but once they start faulting they suck and the company does not fix them they suck also i dont recommend these to anyone

Hmm are you sure? The website doesn’t say anything about that related to the three beeps
I bought Rumba and Brava both. Brava worked fine for 6 months but now having the same issue as shown in the video. They don't have any local support in the US. Tired me, called customer service but no help. No clue what to do lol!

I have the problem i regret buying it. Fully charged and stops working after 5 minutes flashing red, also it has a problem with sensor. Do not recommend it to anyone.

The one of the wheels is slipping on the surface. You would be able to see it looking at the wheels from the side. Might need a new tires. Hope it helps...

6 blinking red alarm. looks like that cleaning clothes youre using somehow make diffcult the robot mobility. Put the original clothes and check if the problem persists.
I had problems with the battery packs, I replaced them with a custom mod and that seemed to fix the problem.
What was the mod?
Yes, mine is now broken too! It worked for 6 months, now is broken. I have called customer care and they are not helping much. I don't think this is a very good product. I want to throw it out but too expensive!

Happened to me too. I have not used it since this summer and when I try to use it today I had the same issue as in this video so I called customer service and they told me that I needed to replace the braava but my warranty expired in the summer. Bc I was not using it very much I was not aware that it had a problem and now I have an almost new device in my home that is not working properly.

Put in fresh batteries before i made this video. Anyway set is shipped back to seller and till now no response. I guess I got scammed.
I have a similar problem and dont know how to solve it !! . Also, I can not send it back for refund because I am leaving outside the USA and it will cost me very high.
Hi, same here, living outside USA. But no choice, at least my seller has gave me the instructions to return to the USA office.
Hi Cliff,,, two days ago, i have noticed that "neato" works normal,, !!!,,, actually I dont know when it works good and when it does not ?!?!?!,,, I guess that maybe the location where the navigator is placed could be a factor ,,, maybe !!!
