Killer track, love PallBearer! Well played!
@@HailWoden18 Thanx!! 🤘
Nicely done. Heartless is a killer record 🤘
Love that tone, is it cranked to full volume?
@@qliph666 Not Quite, about 3/4 and slightly overdriven with a pedal to bring out the Maiden sustain
❤❤❤
I like the clean a lot!

A tin box ,,get a Marshall
@JamesHuggins-z7p Hi James! You must be new here! Welcome! I actually own 3 Marshalls. A DSL, Plexi Studio, and Vintage Modern head, as well as a 1936 cab. A quick scroll of my videos will prove this. I'll also be grabbing a Marshall Studio JCM800 and Greenback 4x12 for the channel soon as well. As far as playing AILD on a Marshall goes, I think that'd be highly totally inappropriate, especially considering AILD was known to use this very amp on many of their recordings. Cheers!
@TheToneArchive Good to hear , got 10 800s all models , there is no other ✌️

@@keithvanessamello7700 thanx!
Do you find this amp tight enough for staccato riffs without a boost and gate?
@kenjicarlos8402 No boost absolutely necessary, but you do want a gate with it. I eventually switched to doing Djent style riffs on my Peavey Invective MH which I do think is a little bit better for tight staccato rhythms.
@@TheToneArchive That's my dilemma 😅... those two heads are my frontrunners for my first tube head. People on reddit are eating me alive for leaning towards the invective..... what do you think? If I play 2000s metalcore mostly (5-7-8 and 0-0-0-0 breakdowns) which do you prefer? I gig once in a blue moon, and it's either pretty small, or has a PA system.
@kenjicarlos8402 Well, IMO the PRS is a bit more powerful and has amazing rich gain, as well as a pristine beautiful clean channel. The Peavey MH has a really good clean too, not quite as good as the PRS, but it does have a really good one that's still independent. The one thing the Invective has that's really awesome is it's built in boost and gate. It really does work wonders. The PRS is louder and more powerful bc it has bigger tubes. If you want the Peavey but also want it to be loud enough for a band setting, I would advise getting the full size Invective. The PRS has enough power for a live band setting but not quite the Peavey MH (Which is ironic bc the PRS is 15w and the Invective is 20w, tubes make a huge difference) I'm a bit curious about the full size Invective myself.
@@TheToneArchive thanks for the info man! Personally, it isn't practical or affordable for me to have a full size head, so that's out of the question for me haha. I don't know if getting the PRS and getting a separate boost/gate pedal later on is worth it versus having it already on the invective mh too
💯🎶🤘
🤘❤ nice play

A Shot In The Dark is also a fun one to go after. Keep it up!
@ericcalvert7499 Thanx man! I actually did that one just last week actually! I've also just recorded Speak of the Devil and You Should Have Killed Me When You Had The Chance lastnight. They'll be up in due time! 🤟
@@TheToneArchive Fantastic! I hate assuming, but I’m going to real quick (sorry). It appears that you’re starting off the journey of guitar, and when the time comes, look into the first As Blood Runs Black album (Allegiance) or August Burns Red (Messengers). Even if the style of music isn’t your taste, the challenge is amazing. I think I have a 15 year old video on here somewhere. I’ll try to find it. *disclaimer - terrible quality

Amazing vid bro :) I got mine as well a few months ago, definitely worth for its cost, If you want to see its sound plugged in check My Playing god short >)

How is it that I always run into you at GC every time I'm there, I try to get out of there as soon as possible 🫣
@James-n9j9h I've been to GC maybe twice in 5 years bro
Taylor Jessica Gonzalez Sharon Brown Edward
Does it sound loud unplugged? Or sound very low like an electric
Fairly low volume honestly. Louder than an unplugged electric, no doubt, but much quieter than your standard acoustic.
Great video! What are your thoughts on the neck of the TOD10N? It looks awesome and im planning to buy one, but im not sure about the neck profile how it feels And if you need to lower the action, you have to remove or slack the strings, slide out the bridge saddle and sand down the bottom of the saddle (this also works with acoustics guitars), but be careful to not sand down too much or the higher frets wont sound correctly, and in some cases you have to take in count the radius of the neck
Appreciate ya! I'm not sure if I'll give that a shot myself yet. The neck is a Nyatoh C type with a Walnut fretboard. It has that "smoothly sanded" feel to it which I really like for me. I think the art configuration on the neck is beautiful too, however can look a little blurry when playing something really fast and technical.
Thank you very much for your reply, I have seen similar comments regarding the neck of the guitar, I will try to try one in person before I make the final decision to buy it. Regards!
you cant buy a tim henson signature guitar and then not play any polyphia riffs
@@the_other_boys54 Point truly taken, but given the effort currently being put into my shorts combined with the fact that I only just now bought this and haven't had a chance to practice on it much, I just haven't had the room to properly practice a Polyphia riff. However, I think I'll make that a goal for when I can finally make a video with this thing plugged into a decent digital station. Significantly upgrading my setup this winter!
@@TheToneArchive i believe in you. first dong i would love to hear would be goat on it
You should try a bogner valve line 6

Would you recommend that head?
@user-mo9rc4lt5o If youre doing in studio and bedroom work with it and/or if you like to mic your amps while gigging, then yes. For the purposes I use it for, it's fantastic. However, if youre looking for it to be your MAIN amp and want it to be more capable in terms of gigging and full band practice, then maybe consider going for the full size version of this head. I love mini amps myself, but also like to go for a smaller, but still plentiful assortment of full size amps.
Ahhhh the memories
