But after receiving full payment, they abandoned their commitments, leaving me with a deactivated account and significant financial losses. I have a question on the matter for a while, and I would really appreciate it if you could help me with it: Individuals can trade their personal cars; for example, if someone owns a few Nissans, they can advertise and sell them online. Nissan, the company, does not and cannot file complaints or lawsuits against the seller for violating the intellectual property rights of its cars (or can they?), even though the company holds patents for them. Conversely, it appears that the patent holder of an item on Amazon can issue an intellectual property (IP) complaint against the seller of the item. It is surprising to me as the two cases seem quite similar to me. What is the distinction here? As far as I comprehend, both involve selling physical items (not the right to design). It seems to me that either both transactions should be problematic or neither. I would appreciate any thoughts on this matter.

You have any idea why Amazon deactivated my account? I have no shop/item. I was successfully verified and business also. When I was wandering about on amazon seller I received information that my first freshly new account (200points on health) was deactivated because of section 3. I didn't even add any products. Just send documents and attached my business account (BTW they charged me £30 after they deactivated my account) 😂 any ideas?

So using a college name or any symbol associated with the college that is trademarked used to sell products would be considered infringement unless you have the license to use it ?
