Thank you so much for this video! I started uni two weeks (law as well) in the UK, and I really struggle to move on from my life before because I am still so attached to it. I miss the girl I was when my friends were all within reach and living together in a boarding school, I miss the comfort, the nature, the familiarity. Now that I am completely removed from my friends and family, I feel incredibly isolated and lonely. I envision myself moving back to HK but I am scared that I would not belong like I used to because I left 5 years ago. Change is so scary, what you said in the video completely encapsulates how I feel. I haven’t found belonging yet but I believe that I will.

Of course we are in for the pay. If that’s what u need to do, whining or bragging indirectly about how busy u are is rather stupid

I was randomly recommended this video and clicked bc I'm 26, recently finished my masters and have been unemployed these last few months, so the post grad reflections hit. It also made me remember how I felt the first time around, when I was 23 and finished my bachelors. Things have a way of unexpectedly falling into place. They did back then and they're starting to do so now, after a period of me feeling very lost. I wish you the best! ✨

Found this video very relatable honestly. Currently am also getting my life figured out as I am supposed to graduate in July, and HK is actually where I am thinking of moving as well as my girlfriend is there. But change is kind of scary, as ultimately I'd be moving to a place where I don't know many people (although it's one I really like)? Anyway, good video.

Wow. This was so insightful. I am just finishing my year abroad and preparing my goodbyes and grievances - all while having a lingering thought that I should stay here. I haven’t seen my family or friends in 10 months yet I also have friends here that I don’t just want to leave. I am so scared to move back home and miss this. It’s very refreshing to see someone going through the same thing and adapting/replanting yourself at home. I'm oddly in the same exact situation as you right now. I was raised in Hong Kong and left for uni in London, in a few months time i'll be away to a whole new country with no support or anyone i'm close to. Thank you for encapsulating these thoughts and feelings through this video, it's very reassuring knowing that others in the same boat are doing well! Looking forward to what our 20's have in store for us :)
