They’re just the sweetened waters from HEB. They’re really tasty. We also like the “Ice”bottles of flavored carbonated waters. They come in 12 packs and have different flavors.

I’m trying to get more protein in my diet. My nutritionist wants me to have 100 - 120g a day since I’m older so I’m doing protein shakes and I’m going to add a protein powder. Any recommendations on protein powder?
As far as shakes I drink the premier protein shakes in the cartons. I like the coffee ones in the morning and the desert flavors at night. There’s so many powders out there that are good. Onnit is a strong brand, but really anything whey isolate with 0-1g sugars
I’m about to try that fair life milk, hope it’s good bc I’m not a fan of almond milk
We drink fair life personally because everything tastes weird to us too lol. There’s a plant based milk that wasn’t bad called Ripple.
