Once a year says it degrades while the clear coat on your car doesn't and having done body work and spray shop work for years I wouldn't do this at all rather wet sand the lenses with 600 and coat with automotive clear coat from a parts store. Don't bring the lenses up to a gloss you want it to hold the clear coat they'll look foggy after the 600 but as soon as you spray them they'll go clear It should last as long as the paint job on your car, these coating companies want you coming back.

Let's hope you don't have to repaint your truck after that. Did I see that right just one piece of masking tape around the headlight and your spraying that on there?

It really depends on if your car is in a garage or out in the sun all day.

I own one and love it! so, 300 for the US market, 30 for Japan, 15 for Canada and 5 for the rest of the world. No there are only 349 left b/c one was crushed in a NYC parking garage that collapsed last year. The first year for the NC1 was 2017 and in 2019 they made some great updates.

woww.. before this i wonder how can with just only 1 spraytin of clear coating , other people can use it not only 2 pcs headlight , but whole body . now i get it . use the tape to cover little area arround headlight . u are genius . so after 2 years ,what happen to that light 😅

Its a temporary top coat of sorts..it works well for a year (maybe less) I now use ceramic nano coating on my lenses and paint

I have had this product applied to my 2016 E350 for 13 months and the headlights are still crystal clear. However, when I applied the coating, my headlights were in brand new condition (previous owner kept the car in the garage 24/7). I am going to re-apply it this week.
