There's a lot changing So some existing news from the 19TH of may 2025 XC are changing their services here are the new services Weekdays 1C11 0640 Bristol Temple Meads to Penzance 1V41 0642 Birmingham New Street to Paignton currently starts at Bristol at 08:12 1V52 0704 Edinburgh to Penzance 1S53 1115 Penzance to Edinburgh currently starts at Plymouth at 13:27 1M92 1813 Penzance to Exeter St Davids will join up with 1B79 2019 Paignton to Birmingham New Street 1M79 nowadays 1S49 1127 Plymouth to Glasgow Central 21:22 into Glasgow Central currently terminates at Edinburgh 1S51 1227 Plymouth to Glasgow Central. Glasgow Central for 22:13 currently terminates at Edinburgh 1E63 1527 Plymouth to Newcastle Newcastle for 22:45 currently terminates at Leeds with 1E64 the 17:45 from Reading going to be terminating at York 1E64 currently goes to Newcastle 1E86 0755 Southampton Central to Newcastle 08:51 off Reading 1E36 1046 Reading to Newcastle 1V82 0624 York to Reading 1V58 10:08 Edinburgh to Penzance will now terminate at Plymouth 1V60 08:20 Aberdeen to Penzance will now terminate at Plymouth on Saturdays this will start at Dundee at 09:33 1V54 08:07 Edinburgh to Plymouth will now start at Glasgow Central at 06:48 Sundays 1C68 0914 Plymouth to Penzance 1S53 1130 Penzance to Edinburgh currently starts at Plymouth at 13:27 2P33 2128 Penzance to Plymouth will be operated by XC comes off 1V58 1008 Edinburgh to Penzance I think that's most of it might of missed a few bits but it's very interesting this means that 2E26 1815 Penzance to Exeter St Davids HST working will now be replaced by 1M92 this will mean the end for HST workings I guess if that is the case the last ever GWR HST to run in passenger service will be on the 17TH of May 2025 it will be 2P95 1930 Penzance to Plymouth unless they do some short of fair well but we will have to wait and see 😊 don't say I don't do anything for you enjoy travelling mate😊
