Kitchen counters are concrete I believe. It's ok. No view really except a parking lot, bathrooms all need updating, flooring in bedrooms as well. What's the HOA? I'm afraid at today's rates, with the HOA charges, this is likely still way overpriced even though I know that there isn't a lot of higher end availability in the condo market in Asheville.

There's a lot of anti-Airbnb resentment in the county because its reduced supply on long-term renter availability. There are realtors that own STR's and they're in on the inflation.

Asheville is considered too desirable and most expansive area to live in in the State of NC. This particular house is a walking distance to downtown as well as other amenities. While the price may be high, our market is pretty accepting of the craziness. Supply vs demand Location location
