@ It’s a combination of both. Some are traditional, others are with Fulcrum and her DC. Either way I think it is most likely Huyang because his kit is the only part of the team (as far as I know) that grants bonus protection. Unless the DC has a clause I overlooked though…

@@SemiProHawk707 Well the only time this has happend for me is when they have a Fulcrum lvl 9 dc. Normally all my characters go before Hyuang has the chance to get a turn.

@@wotsie979 Its because her 2nd special (Shatterstrike) gives the target ally 25% turn meter and Morais Wisdom. Morais Wisom gives 15+ speed, reduced damage from health percentage attacks and immune to tm reduction. I’ve mentioned this in one and my newer videos and I think this is what is happening to you.

My Piett would outspeed all Ezras who isn’t faster then 368 speed atm. The battle is alot easier if your Piett goes before Ezra but it isn’t impossible to win if Ezra goes before your Piett. And if GLAT targets Ezra with her 2nd special giving him 25% tm he will outrun you anyway no matter how fast your Piett is. Remember your Piett will gain 20+ speed from LVs lead so your Piett has to be 367 speed to be faster then the fastest Ezra in the world right now (386 or 387). As I said Ezra can gain TM if GLAT targets Ezra with her 2nd special but if you misplay it and do an AoE at the start of the battle with LV you will give the GLAT team 15+ speed. Now the text became long but the bottom line is that even if your opponents Ezra go before you your still able to win.

@ so I’m assuming that Ezra does that 2nd special on Maul if he goes before Piett? Is that what makes the battle more difficult? If so would a pretaunt like Shoretrooper make the difference?

@@Slak6705 Yeah if you dont have a pre-taunt like ShoreTrooper or Royal Guard the battle can be complicated if Ezra targets Maul with his 2nd special so a pre-taunt is necessary.

Happy to hear you got it to work! No I haven’t unfortunatley. An idea is that you go straight for Huyang with the 5 stacks of seething rage with Maul and try to kill him off right away instead of Ezra. If you kill of Huyang GLAT lose alot of extra ult charge. I’ve been testing it out myself alot and I start to belive that it might be better to kill off Huyang first rather then Ezra. Ezra you can always control with a fracture from Thrawn if you dont misplay.

@@jaqenhgar123one thing I had trouble with was damage. Specifically from Maul and a little bit from LV. How are you modding these two for this counter? Fast Piett helped a lot and I sped up Thrawn to 320 ish. Thank you for the pointers

@@thebutcherofswgoh I mod my LV for CD/Health with 14k damage, 515 speed. I mod Maul for Offense/Health with 10k damage and 330 speed.

@@tungle1991 Not really. If Ezra survives you only need to control him with a fracture. I also watched Ahnaldts stream yesterday and saw what happened and wrote it in one of the other comments on this video abt his misplay and how he could’ve controlled Ezra. I will post it under the next comment.

@@SemiProHawk707 There’s a clear misplay on Ahnaldts part in the battle with LV vs GLAT. When the 5 seething rages doesn’t kill of Ezra he should immediatley re focuse and try to get the fracture on Ezra. After Maul has done his 5 seething rages + AoE he’s back on 2 stacks of seething rage. Ahnaldts misplay was that he didnt use the 2 stacks and then the AoE dispell with Maul a few turns later. Instead he did a basic and followed up with a fracture on GLAT instead. Had he dispelled GLATS taunt and Fracuted Ezra the match would’ve been won because then Ezra would’ve been under control and the mass heal from Ezra the turn after wouldn’t have happened. The counter works as long as you know how to play it. He’s under alot of ”pressare” during his streams so I think thats why he missed it.

@@SemiProHawk707 If there are no datacrons on either end LV wins. Everything is datacron dependent at least in the higher ends of Kyber.

@@jaqenhgar123 Ah, I see what you mean. I just got LV and I’m on track to unlock Maul during the third Conquest this go around, so I wanted to have consistent check to the newest GL in my roster. Not that I’d be likely facing one anytime soon given my GP of only 6.5 million, but still - it’s nice to have regardless.

@ Haven’t checked but I hope there is! If I face one I’ll definetly use LV haven’t had this much success against a new GL with LV in a long while.

@@thebutcherofswgoh In theory yes but I wont guarentee it 100% until I can try it out for myself in GAC. But in the 4th and 6th battle you can see what happens when Ezra takes a turn before Piett and Im still able to beat it easily. A faster Piett isn’t a must but it makes it alot easier.

You’re in Kyber 1 then I suppose? The guys Im fighting have all maxed out mods and R7-R8 on the characters around GLAT. In this video GLAT is R9, Ezra R8 and the rest R7 which is pretty high. The datacron for GLAT in this video is a maxed out Lvl 9 DC. Do they have all the right stats? No they dont but its still a serious datacron. It should work in GAC if you have a good modded Maul and a decent offense DC (assuming GLAT has a DC). Ezra will be a little bit tankier if he has the omicron on Kaanan’s Legacy giving him more stacks of PM but shouldn’t be a problem for Maul. As for TW im not to familiar with the current omicrons on General Syndulla.

That’d be cool, but sadly u cant have 2 GLs on one team 🤷‍♂️

Rather, Emperor Palpatine in the squad or Mara Jade would look better than Maul.
